Jill is taking part in The Tin Shed Spring Arts Fair which will be online from 7th March until 7th April 2021. Some of her latest cyanotypes created using spring flowers from her garden are included and will be available to purchase.
Jill's new collection of original cyanotype prints is launching on 20th - 21st February 2021. The work is inspired by the lifecycle of butterflies and Jill's collection of vintage lace. You can read more on Jill's Blog page.
The collection launch coincides with the Postable Pop-up event organised by Curated Makers on Instagram. Jill will be taking part in this event and promoting the new collection. To take part and see all of the other makers joining in follow #postablepopup on Instagram. Further details of the new collection will be added to the website in time for the launch. Jill is delighted that several of her wet cyanotype prints are to be included in a new exhibition at Hengli Image Centre, Building 2, Guanghua Science and Technology Industrial Park, No. 104 Shimenkan, Quinhuai District, Nanjing, China. The Blue Dream Written By Light is an exhibition of cyanotypes from invention to modern day techniques. The exhibition opens on 26th December 2020 - 28th February 2021.

Jill is very honoured to have one of her wet cyanotype prints included in an exhibition in Shanghai, China. Her original print Sambucus Nigra is on display as part of the "Form of Life" exhibition at the Shanghai Museum of Cameras and Photography until 7th December 2020. Jill's exhibition "Sunlight Through the Leaves" opened at The Yorkshire Arboretum on Monday 26th October until Sunday 8th November 2020. Jill will be at The Arboretum on the afternoon of Saturday 31st October 2020 to talk to anyone interested in finding out more about her work and process. Booking for the Arboretum is required but anyone visiting the exhibition and cafe only do not need to book in advance. See the Arboretum website for further details.

An exhibition of Jill's cyanotype prints will be opening at The Yorkshire Arboretum, Castle Howard on Monday 26th October until Sunday 8th November 2020.
The exhibition titled Sunlight Through The Leaves has been created especially for the Arboretum using leaves and plants collected on visits during autumn 2019. This new body of work will be available to purchase from the Arboretum visitor centre.

Jill will be releasing her new collection of original cyanotype prints - The Secret Garden in October 2020. This unique collection of original wet cyanotype prints was created during the summer using plants and flowers collected from a private garden in North Yorkshire. The collection is limited to 15 prints of varying sizes plus one set of four small prints. A pack of five blank greetings cards of some of Jill's favourite designs from the collection will also be available to purchase. On Tuesday 26th May at 10am Jill will be taking part in a live webinar with Cambrian Photography Ltd as a guest speaker in their Virtual Photo and Optic Show. The webinar can be viewed live on their Facebook page or YouTube Channel. The recordings will be available to view after the event.

During the current Coronavirus pandemic Jill is donating 10% from all sales to the National Emergencies Trust Coronavirus Appeal along with a £5.00 donation from the sale of each of her "Cup of Hope" etchings. September 2020 will be the last month that Jill will be making a donation to the fund as they have ceased active fund raising.

Jill's latest etching is called "Cup of Hope". It is a still life depiction of a mug of snowdrops; snowdrops symbolise hope and rebirth which is very relevant in the current Coronavirus emergency. This is an edition of 50 prints, the print is available to purchase from Jill's Etsy shop at the price of £25.00 per print and Jill has pledged to give £5.00 from the sale of every print to the National Emergencies Trust Coronavirus Appeal for as long as the funds are needed.

The Togcast - In December 2019 Jill was delighted to have the pleasure of speaking to Paul Sanders from The Togcast photography podcast about her cyanotype technique. The interview can now be heard on their website www.thetogcast.com/

Jill is currently working on a year long artist's residency at Burton Agnes Hall in East Yorkshire. She is using the beautiful walled garden as inspiration for a new body of work capturing the garden throughout the seasons. This will culminate in an exhibition of the work inside the Hall in 2020.

One of Jill's cyanotype prints has been used as the inspiration for a range of wallpaper. An image licence was agreed with 1838 Wallcoverings and their new range of wallpaper called Capri Felci is now available to purchase from them in a range of six different colourways.
